As a lifelong Angelino, "Hollywood" wasn't some mythical, far away place for Nick. In fact, growing up, he regularly played Little League baseball alongside the children of celebrities. Like many in his neighborhood, Nick's earliest dream was to become an NFL or NBA star, but a natural love of storytelling lead him to study journalism at USC. While there, he earned his first television internships at BET and PBS and Nick never looked back.  

Over his three-decade career, Nick has produced documentaries, specials, and series for a diverse cadre of companies including E! Entertainment Television, BET, A&E, Style, the Esquire Network, Investigation Discovery, and GSN, as well as  for network syndication.

Most recently the prolific executive producer launched Mindfield Productions and is developing a diverse slate of exciting unscripted and documentary projects, most notably the high-concept dating experiment "The Catch" which asks Singles burning question: how well can you tell from a person's awkward past, if they will be attractive and compatible for you today? ​As the principal behind Mindfield Productions, Nick is committed to reimagining television and film with concepts, subject matter, and personalities that continually defy convention. ​
